As the General Manager of a group of companies in Sydney I felt that we were not using MYOB to its best capacity, it was slow, cumbersome and time consuming.  I was ready to implement changes but needed help.

KerryAnn Black from G.K. Mee & Company came to the rescue.  In the initial visit KerryAnn analysed our data file and our specific needs.  She firstly diagnosed and recommended solutions in relation to the slowness of the system, which once implemented has improved the speed of our system immensely.  No more lagging, no more “sorry can you get out of MYOB so I can go in”, no more crashing, our system runs smoothly and at great speed and we can have as many staff using MYOB at once as we need.

KerryAnn spent time analysing how our staff were using MYOB and provided one on one training and individual solutions to each area of our business from the simple matter of streamlining and automating our bank deposits to getting our sales team up and running using MYOB for every facet of their job from quotes, orders and jobs, rather than using XL spreadsheets like they used to.  She customised the templates for our orders, quotes, delivery dockets, invoices and statements for all of our companies.  The ease of use of the new systems in place means the sales staff are now happy and spending more of their time selling rather than in administration tasks.  The time savings to our business has been invaluable.

We then sat down and prepared a plan to computerise our inventory.  KerryAnn was very keen to come up with a solution that would suit our business and keep in line with the vision that I had and the capabilities of our staff.  She then setup our inventory onto MYOB, developed and implemented the procedures for staff, ensuring at all times that I was consulted and happy with the way things were progressing. As a consequence of the above we now have at hand reliable stock information which is essential to any business.
